The Jubilee Calf Rearing & Feeding System takes the error and inconsistency out of feeding and leaves more time for labor to manage and care for calves.
With the Jubilee Feeding System, milk replacer is mixed and fed according to either animal weight or your predetermined feed schedule, at the precise mixing temperature desired for maximum livestock enticement and satisfaction.
Clean up and disinfecting are easy and automatic.
And, it's all farmer and calf friendly for even for the youngest calves.
The Jubilee machine can be adapted for liquid and/or solid feed.
HOW DOES FREEDOM FEEDING
WORK?
Each calf wears a radio-frequency identification (RFID) ear tag which uniquely identfies that particular calf. When the calf puts his head into the feeding station, the RFID tag is read by the computer. The program, based on calves' age or your feeding schedule then determines whether or not the calf is allowed to have additional feed. The program can be adjusted at any time to maximize your goals.
Once the calf is identified as having feed allocation available, the door of the feeding station opens which permits access to the nipple and the calf can drink until lhis allocation is complete.
When the allocation is over, the door gently pushes the calf away from the nipple.
On the back of the door is a sanitizing sprayer that can be activated to clean the nipple inside and out, between calves, based on your preference.
